Daniel de Petri Testaferrata

Director of Operations



Born on the 2nd September 1974, Daniel de Petri Testaferrata is involved in the general administration of the group.

A dedicated philanthropist since his youth, when he joined the volunteers of the Sovereign Order of Malta. He was invited to join the Order’s Maltese Association in 1998 and was elected to its Council shortly afterwards, eventually elected as its President in 2015, where he is currently serving his second term. He continues to coordinate some of its charitable activities, notably the international pilgrimage to Lourdes, which annually caters for three hundred pilgrims.

He is a member of the Board of Administrators of the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation – the personal Charity of the President of Malta – and has served six consecutive Presidents as a member, eventually Chairman, of the organising committees of the annual Ball of the August Moon and The President’s Ball.

He is a member of the Assembly of the Maltese Nobility, and serves as its Delegate among the Commission d’Information et de Liaison des Associations Nobles d’Europe (CILANE).

He is a member and past Chairman of the Mdina Rehabilitation Committee, is a Past President of Rotary Club Malta and is a member of the Malta Chamber of Commerce & Enterprise. He is an honorary member of the Malta Polo Club where he enjoys commentating the occasional match.

He is married to Enyd née Pisani, who is herself a director within the Corinthia Group of Companies, founded by her father in the 1960s, and which now owns and manages an international portfolio of hotels. They have one son, Gregorio.
